HOLLAND, MI (WHTC) - A trampoline effect on gas prices along the Lakeshore wasn’t evident when the weekly poll of Holland area stations was taken this morning. The per-gallon average of $3.70 was 23 cents less than last Friday, snapping a three-week-long, 43-cent spike. Rates ranged from $3.62 in West Olive to $3.75 in Saugatuck. A year ago, fuel was selling for $3.51 per gallon. Triple-A’s daily national canvassing had a mean of $3.65.
