ZEELAND, MI (WHTC) - Zeeland-based parts maker Gentex announced today a signed agreement with Johnson Controls to acquire the Milwaukee firm’s HomeLink business for around 700 million dollars. HomeLink has been a part of Gentex’ automatic dimming rearview mirrors for the past decade. It would expand Gentex into the remote entry market, and company officials claim that annual revenue would increase up to 150 million dollars.
