BLENDON TWP., MI (WHTC) - The risks of living at a T-intersection were literally brought home yesterday afternoon when a Georgetown Township man apparently fell asleep behind the wheel and drove his vehicle into a kitchen of a Blendon Township duplex and dining area. Taylor Raymond was motoring southbound on 68th Avenue when he dozed off approaching Fillmore Street. His vehicle eluded another vehicle that was waiting at the stop sign for traffic to clear, went through a yard, and crashed into the structure. There were no reports of anyone inside the unit at the time; Raymond was treated at the scene for bumps and bruises. An investigation continues.
