HOLLAND, MI (WHTC) - It’s the last day on the job for Holland’s Coordinator for Community and Human Relations Al Serrano, as he is retiring following 27 years on the municipal payroll. Due to the city’s budgetary situation, whether his position would be filled, and whether the office itself will remain, may be discussed when City Manager Ryan Cotton meets with members of the Human Relations Commission in a special meeting next Thursday.
