HOLLAND, MI (WHTC) - Members of the Windmill Island Gardens Strategic Planning Committee met this morning at Holland City Hall to go over a final review of a strategic plan draft that they plan to present to City Council for consideration next month. The group of civic and governmental leaders has spent the past several months going over ideas for renovating and revitalizing the home of the venerable DeZwaan Windmill.
