ALLEGAN, MI (WHTC) - A preliminary exam is scheduled today in Allegan District Court for Zachary Fitts, a 21-year-old Holland man arrested eight days ago for allegedly biting the finger of a man who startled him while he was burglarizing a 40th Street house in Overisel Township. The victim, who was the brother of the homeowner, suffered a minor wound in the scuffle. Fitts was arranged on various charges after police was able to trace his getaway car to his own residence.
