DETROIT (WKZO) -- After a week of hype, back slapping, primping and hyperbole, it’s finally time for the public to come see the cars in Detroit.
500 cars and trucks are spread out over acres of carpeting at Cobo Hall. Its so much better to go to see and smell the vehicles close up than to try and imagine what they are like from pictures on the internet or on a smartphone.
At least 800-thousand people are expected to head down to the river-front for the North American International Auto Show over the next week.
One of the big draws will be the all-new redesigned Corvette, the first revamp in 9 years.
It runs thru next Sunday. Ticket prices are $12 for adults and $6 for Seniors and children. Toddlers are free.
