OTSEGO, MI (WHTC) - The legacy of a Kalamazoo broadcasting legend will help Otsego High School seniors go to college. A two million-dollar endowment fund established in the will of Bud Popke was announced by the district yesterday, with about 65 thousand dollars available over the next three years for scholarships of at least 15 hundred bucks. Popke died last May at the age of 86, and had two sons graduate from Otsego High.
