WASHINGTON (WHTC) - Four students from high schools in the immediate Holland area were among 10 in the Congressional district nominated for service academies by Bill Huizenga yesterday. West Ottawa’s Caroline Fender could have her choice of West Point or Annapolis, while fellow Panther Matthew Ziegeler is angling for the Army, and Black River’s Aaron Cinnamon wants to join the Navy. The academies will have the final say on who gets in.
