ALLENDALE, MI (WHTC) - For the second time, Dr. John Reifel is the interim dean of Grand Valley State’s business school. The long-time economics professor was named yesterday to assume leadership of the college when Dr. H. James Williams leaves after eight years at the end of the month to become Fisk University’s new president. Dr. Reifel was also the interim dean prior to Dr. Williams’ arrival in 2003. GVSU officials say that a nationwide search for a permanent school leader will be conducted over the next year. The Seidman College of Business moves into a new building in May.
