HOLLAND, MI (WHTC) - The parent company of the Grand Rapids Press and M-Live says that the site of its now-closed Lakeshore Bureau offices and warehouse was sold late last month to real estate developer Lumir LLC. The property at the corner of 8^th Street and Lincoln Avenue went for 1.25 million dollars, with the developer not announcing any immediate future plans for the site, pending planned studies. This is part of an ongoing downsizing and centralizing of the Press’ physical operations due to continuing declines in readership levels and advertising revenue.
