ZEELAND, MI (WHTC) - The West Michigan Airport Authority Board, during its monthly meeting late this morning at the Howard Miller Center in Zeeland, is to consider a proposal by retained consultant Mead and Hunt to allocate nearly 40 thousand dollars for a short-form environmental assessment of the site of a new terminal, along with planned infrastructure and apron work, at West Michigan Regional Airport. Ninety-five percent of the money would come from a state transportation department grant. The study would take up to eight months, according to airport officials.
