ALLEGAN, MI (WHTC) - As two fugitives from Allegan County continue to cool their heels in Colorado jail cells, one of the women who were with them when they were captured last fall may be facing criminal charges back home. Lauralee Grauman was released from the Fremont County Detention Center last month after serving a 90-day sentence for theft receiving. The 29-year-old cousin of captured fugitive Kenneth Grauman is also the girlfriend of Gregory Bradshaw, and she accompanied the men in their interstate escape from a correctional program near Baldwin in late September. They were caught nearly two weeks later at a motel near Pueblo in a stolen vehicle, and the discovery of a meth lab in their room has kept the two men in Colorado while their case is being heard. The Allegan County Prosecutor’s Office is considering whether to file charges against Lauralee Grauman for assisting in the men’s flight from justice. Another Allegan woman involved, 17-year-old Brittany Rector, also agreed to a plea deal on juvenile charges in Colorado. She and Lauralee Grauman are expected back in Colorado next Monday for the next court appearance by Kenneth Grauman and Bradshaw, whose extradition back to Michigan and other states to face charges from their escape is pending.
