HOLLAND, MI (WHTC) - Congressman Fred Upton came to WHTC's "Talk of the Town" program on Wednesday to discuss various Washington-related issues. He explained his "yes" vote on the Fiscal Cliff compromise bill last week, saying that this was one of "three steps" in resolving the federal budget problem. The St. Joseph Republican answered questions from listeners about gun control, his niece and famed supermodel Kate Upton, and other Congressional matters during a 15-minute appearance.
