HOLLAND, MI (WHTC) - A 17-year-old Park Township man was bound over for trial yesterday on attempted murder charges. Eric Ortega allegedly stabbed his 32-year-old roommate Gerardo Fernandez-Diaz several times in the neck and chest during an altercation at their apartment unit in the 144^th Avenue-Quincy Street vicinity last month. Another person suffered cuts trying to break up the fight. Ortega remains held on 750 thousand dollars bond; he could get life in prison if convicted.
