WASHINGTON (WKZO) -- General Motors chief executive officer Dan Akerson could be in store for a pretty big raise this year if the federal government approves.  The automaker is proposing a raise of 20-percent for Akerson, bringing his pay to 11.1-million dollars.  The U.S. Treasury Department has to approve the pay for GM's top 25 executives due to the federal government bailout.
