SOUTH HAVEN, MI (WHTC) - Concerns yesterday about the welfare of an 80-year-old woman suffering from advanced dementia were settled when she was found at a South Haven store. Joyce Johnston has a history of roaming, having been recovered in Chicago last week in a similar incident. Late yesterday morning, she was reportedly seeking a ride to South Haven while at a store between her Paw Paw home and Bloomingdale. State police located Johnston following a tip that indicated she had checked into a motel and was headed to the bus station, and have returned her to her family.
