HOLLAND, MI (WHTC) - The search didn’t take long for a 13-year-old Holland boy who stormed out of his East 16th Street home on foot between 9 and 10 this morning after an argument with his father and didn't return. Authorities say that Paul Duncan has a diminished mental capacity equivalent of a second grader, as well as a seizure disorder, and there were concerns about his ability to survive in the cold weather without assistance. However, a Public Safety Officer spotted Duncan in the area of 9th Street and Pine Avenue just before 12 Noon, and he has been safely returned home.
