VAN BUREN, MO (WHTC) - There’s been no trace of the father of a Hope College student a week after his disappearance. Bloodhounds and helicopters failed to find any sign of Fred Byrne in a national forest about 150 south of St. Louis, where his car, keys and wallet were found last Thursday. The attorney from Big Rapids was last seen dropping off his son at school.
