UNDATED (WHTC) - Gas prices along the Lakeshore were, on average, at $3.84 per gallon, based on this morning’s survey of Holland area stations. That’s a nine-cent increase from the last poll taken two weeks ago, and rates ranged from $3.82 to $3.87. Higher costs are expected shortly, based on a 14-cent spike in wholesale gas prices in the region yesterday. Triple-A’s daily canvassing had marks of $3.64 nationally and $3.80 statewide, with some stations in the Detroit area posting prices of over four dollars a gallon overnight.
