HOLLAND, MI (WHTC) - Several months of discussions by a blue ribbon committee of municipal and business leaders on the future of Windmill Island Gardens has come down to a vision statement for the venerable DeZwaan Windmill and its home for nearly 50 years. That document will be presented to Holland City Council members during their work-study session tonight. There is a private fundraising effort to pay for needed repairs to the windmill. Council will also tonight review upcoming road and street construction projects in Holland for 2013.
