ZEELAND, MI (WHTC) - Over 82 hundred dollars was raised during Saturday’s annual “Walk for Warmth” stroll of about 200 participants through downtown Zeeland. It was for the Community Action Agency’s initiative to provide money for needy families to maintain utility service after receiving shutoff notices. This puts this season’s donation level at more than 22 thousand dollars, with agency officials saying that other donations are “still on the way.”
