DETROIT (WKZO) -- Governor Rick Snyder could soon decide on whether to appoint an emergency manager for the City of Detroit.  Snyder has been reviewing candidates for the position and says no decision has been made yet.

A Financial Advisory Board is set to release key findings, possibly foreshadowing the governor's next move.  The report by the board is due next Saturday.
