GRAND RAPIDS, MI (WHTC) - Six and a half years in prison and over 1.5 million dollars in fines and restitution was the sentence handed down yesterday to Kenneth Hoesch, the 59-year-old former attorney from Zeeland who had pleaded guilty to federal charges of mail fraud. Prosecutors claim that he bilked at least 800 thousand dollars from the estate trusts of clients dating back to 1995, along with other related transgressions.
