OTSEGO, MI (WHTC) - Visitation is today at the Winkel Funeral Home in Otsego for Mark Schoonhoven, the 38-year-old Army Sergeant from Plainwell who died last month from injuries suffered when a roadside bomb exploded near him while he was on patrol in Afghanistan on December 15^th. An 11 AM funeral is slated tomorrow at St. Margaret Catholic Church; flags across Michigan will be at half-staff tomorrow in honor of Sgt. Schoonhoven.
