HOLLAND, MI (WHTC) - A Holland Hospital program has come up with a major honor. Two surveyors from the Community Health Accreditation Program recently reviewed the hospital’s Home Health Services effort over a five-day review, giving it a perfect score, based on examining patient care quality standards, chart summaries, and accompanying HHS staffers on multiple home visits. The CHAP examiners cited excellent documentation, outstanding staff coordination, comprehensive reporting, and high patient satisfaction levels in this accreditation review.
