LANSING (WKZO) -- The state of Michigan is facing a lawsuit over the right to work issue.  The American Civil Liberties Union and several labor unions joined together for the legal challenge, arguing the way Republicans in the Legislature rammed the law through in December violated the state constitution, the First Amendment and the state's Open Meetings Act.  The new law is set to take effect March 27th.
