WASHINGTON, D.C. (WKZO) -- Congressman Mike Rogers of Brighton has some problems with a "New York Times" article that claims al-Qaeda wasn't involved in the attack on the American Consulate compound in Benghazi.

Rogers chairs the House Intelligence Committee and told "Fox News Sunday" that there is evidence contradicting the "Times" report, including evidence the attack that killed the U.S. ambassador to Libya was at least partly planned.  He also told CNN there are Democrats who believe al-Qaeda was involved and said the investigation into the 2012 attack should not be partisan.
