UNDATED (WHTC) -- A Middleville man who worked as a parish choir director at St Therese Lisieux Parish in Wayland, is now headed to trial on criminal sexual conduct charges involving a teenage girl.  The man, 32-year-old Nathan Lavoie, waived a probable cause hearing in Allegan County today.  He was arrested on December 5th in connection with the charges, alleging that the sexual abuse went on between 2011 and 2013 with a now 15-year-old girl.  Michigan State Police are investigating to find out if there are more victims.  Lavoie could face up to 20 years in prison and 100-thousand dollars in fines.  He’s also scheduled to be in court on January 7th for arraignment on two counts of fourth degree criminal sexual conduct.
