LANSING (WKZO) -- Low-income students and their families have a pair of Internet service providers to choose from to get their homes online with the start of school coming next week. The Michigan Public Service Commission is reminding people that both Comcast and CenturyLink offer Internet service for just ten-dollars a month and also have computers available for as low as 150-dollars. Eligibility for the low-cost programs differ between the two providers.
