HOLLAND, MI (WHTC) -- A road project in Holland is a bit behind in schedule. City Manager Ryan Cotton says the work going on 24th Street between Lincoln Avenue and U.S. 31 had some unexpected issues come up but the project should be complete in the very near future. The Holland Police Department will be on hand when school begins to help with traffic flow. Compounding the problem is the railroad crossing at 24th Street and Lincoln Avenue which will probably not reopen for a bit longer. Better news still is that the Washington Avenue project is expected to be completed by the end of this week.
