DETROIT (WKZO) -- State Treasurer Andy Dillon will not face any charges for allegedly assaulting his ex-wife at her home in Redford. The Wayne County Prosecutor's office has determined there is not enough evidence to bring domestic assault charges against Dillon. His ex-wife accuses him of grabbing and twisting her arms during an argument while he tried to get her to give him back his state-issued cell phone.
