LANSING (WKZO) -- Michigan residents are getting a warning in a new report from Trust for America's Health and the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation that we're the tenth most obese state in the nation. 31.1-percent of adults in the state are obese, and 10.5-percent have diabetes. The report does have positives, showing childhood obesity rates in Michigan dropped by over 13-percent from 2007 to 2011. The state ranks 24th nationally for the percentage of obese kids.
