HOLLAND, MI (WHTC) - Gas prices have plummeted over a week’s time along the Lakeshore, as this morning’s regular Friday survey showed a 20-cent dip in a seven day span, from $3.74 to $3.54, but when taking out the Hudsonville area retailers, where fuel is going for under $3.50, the drop is slightly less to $3.56. It's even cheaper now to full up the tank than it was at this time in 2012, when the level was a quarter higher at $3.79. Triple-A’s daily canvassing had marks of $3.58 nationally and $3.55 statewide, down a nickel and 24 cents, respectively.
