GRAND HAVEN, MI (WHTC) - The 89th annual Coast Guard Festival ends tomorrow, but for most people, the grand finale is tonight with a large-scale fireworks display over Dewey Hill that overlooks Grand Haven. A two-hour parade is late this morning through the downtown district. Festival organizers are expecting thousands to flock to the northwest Ottawa County community, and there are special traffic and parking instructions available through the festival website of http://coastguardfest.org.
