UNDATED (WHTC) -- A local business owner has been named as a Michigan finalist for the Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award. Primera Plastics founder and CEO Noel Cuellar is among ten Michigan corporate leaders named as a national finalist for the award. This is the second year in a row that Cuellar has been nominated for the Michigan award. Primera Plastics is a plastic injection products firm located in Zeeland Township. Cuellar and his wife Jane started the business in 1994 with two machines and two employees. The company has grown to 130 employees and 30 automatic injection molding presses.
