ST.IGNACE (WKZO) -- There could be extra security on the Mackinac Bridge for the Labor Day walk due to this week's bombings of the Boston Marathon. The "Petoskey News" reports Mackinaw City Police Chief Patrick Wyman started thinking of possible upgrades to security within minutes of learning of the blasts. He says the start and finish lines on the bridge will likely have added security, and they've had more officers around the Mighty Mac ever since the September 11th attacks a dozen years ago.
