ZEELAND, MI (WHTC) - The second of two scheduled public hearings on a proposed splash pad in downtown Zeeland is this evening at the Howard Miller Center. City officials are looking for questions and suggestions as to whether or not such a seasonal attraction should be erected, what it should look like, the pros and cons that come with it, and where it should be placed. City Council members went over the proposal during Monday night’s work-study session, and will consider the matter further during their next scheduled business meeting on April 22nd.
