UNDATED (WHTC) - JP Arencibia’s three-run double in the seventh inning completed a comeback from a 6-1 deficit, as visiting Toronto defeated the Tigers yesterday, 8-6. The rubber game of the series at Comerica Park is this afternoon. Coverage on 1450 WHTC is at 12:40 PM.

Inclement weather compelled the Cubs to postpone their scheduled game with visiting Milwaukee last night until July 30th, when it will be part of a now day-night doubleheader. Chicago welcomes San Francisco to Wrigley Field for the start of a four-game weekend series this afternoon.

Jordan Zimmermann scattered seven hits with four strikeouts over seven innings, as Washington beat the visiting White Sox last night, 5-2. Chicago looks to avoid being swept out of Nationals Park this evening.
