HOLLAND, MI (WHTC) - An apparently troubled 16-year-old Holland boy is in the Ottawa County Youth Home after an arrest during the overnight hours on Monday. Public Safety officers noticed a broken window at an East 16th Street commercial building west of US-31 and found the unnamed youth, who had been a reported runway, inside. They also spotted graffiti believed to have been done by the teen, and think that he may have also been involved in 13 similar graffiti acts at various South Washington Avenue businesses over the weekend. The boy isn’t considered to be in a gang, and the graffiti is apparently not gang-related. An investigation continues.
