HUDSONVILLE, MI (WHTC) - The attorney for Hudsonville District Court Judge Kenneth Post has disclosed that his client would not contest a recommended 30-day suspension without pay by the state Judicial Tenure Commission. The disciplinary action is for Post’s conduct on the bench nearly 18 months ago towards an attorney who advised a defendant not to answer a question from the judge on constitutional grounds. The State Supreme Court is expected to now concur with the Commission’s recommendations.
