EAST LANSING (WKZO) -- There will not be any criminal charges filed in the beating of a Michigan State University student in August.  Ingham County Prosecutor Stuart Dunnings the Third said East Lansing Police interviewed more than four dozen witnesses who saw the assault on 19-year-old Zachary Tennen, saying there is no evidence the incident was incited by any religious, racial or ethnic bias.

Tennen told police two men asked him if he was Jewish, and then beat him up when he said yes.  His jaw was broken in the fight.
