DETROIT (WKZO) -- Detroit Medical Center CEO Mike Duggan has filed the paperwork to create a committee to explore a run for mayor of Detroit in 2013.  A representative filed the necessary documents this morning and Duggan can now begin fundraising efforts for his campaign.  He is the second official candidate seeking the mayor's office but current Mayor Dave Bing has not decided whether he will run for re-election next year.
