ALLEGAN, MI (WHTC) - The restitution hearing of Watson Township Treasurer Stephanie Bogdan resumes today in Allegan County Circuit Court. She pled guilty to one count of attempted embezzlement and has already returned 50 thousand dollars to the township. The hearing, which began last Friday, is to determine how much more she needs to pay back. Bogdan could get up to five years in prison when she is sentenced on October 11^th.
