GRAND RAPIDS, MI (WHTC) - The one-time owner of Otsego’s Rock-Tenn paper mill site is facing a five-count federal indictment for violations of the Clean Air Act. Authorities claim that Michael Davis Junior failed to deal properly with asbestos in the facility. His holding company owned the property for five years before losing it due to foreclosure in April of 2011. Crews contracted by the EPA cleaned up 18 tons of hazardous waste at that site this past March.
