SHANGHAI (WKZO) -- Governor Snyder has begun his trade mission in China by opening the Michigan China Center in Shanghai.  The office will promote trade, tourism and cultural exchanges between the state and the Communist country.  In a statement, the governor said opening the Shanghai office quote, "sends a strong signal about our commitment to increasing exports of Michigan-made products to China and attracting new investments to Michigan."
