LANSING (WTVB) - This may be unfortunate timing just as Governor Snyder is left for China to talk trade for the next two weeks, but the Obama administration is going after China in a trade dispute over auto parts.  A complaint has been filed with the World Trade Organization accusing China of subsidizing exports and undercutting American suppliers.
