HOLLAND, MI (WHTC) - MAX Transit’s annual week-long passenger survey begins today, as those taking rides on its fixed bus routes through Saturday are encouraged to fill out the questionnaire, or go online at www.catchamax.org. There are less than 20 questions about riding habits, reasons for using public transit, experience, satisfaction, and other topics. MAX officials say that the survey will help in improving customer service and route plans.
