HOLLAND, MI (WHTC) - Although works of art have been on display for a week, the 12^th Annual Tulipanes Latino Art & Film Festival begins in earnest tonight with a “gala event” at the Holland Area Arts Council building, followed by a concert at the Park Theatre. There will be film showings at the Park Theatre tomorrow through Sunday, with a variety of activities planned at the nearby Centennial Park as well. The festival spotlights the art, music, dance and epicurean contributions of the Latino community in Holland and the surrounding region.
