DETROIT (WKZO) -- A judge has ruled that a man who says he believes former Detroit Mayor Kwame Kilpatrick is corrupt and a liar, will remain in the jury pool in the federal corruption case against Kilpatrick and three others.
Defense attorneys objected and requested that the prospect be dismissed. Attorneys for the prosecution argued that while the man admitted to those beliefs about Kilpatrick, he also said he says he can be fair and impartial in weighing the evidence.
The prospective jury pool now includes 20 potential jurors.
